Terms and conditions for Unlimited Membership

  • Non-Refundable
  • Non-Transferable
  • The Virtual membership allow you to attend an unlimited number of Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and HIIT classes each month
  • The Registration Fee is $50.00 for new members
  • The monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically the first of every month
  • Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership
  • Must provide 10-day written notice to cancel your membership. All notices must be sent via email to susandavis@fit4mom.com (no other forms of notice are valid)
  • There is a $10.00 monthly fee to place your membership on hold
  • Returning members who did not place their membership on hold will have to pay a $50 reactivation fee
